Caelan is getting into a real sleeping routine these days. She has been going to bed at around 10:30 PM and waking up at 6:30 AM to eat and then falls back to sleep until 9:30 AM. I really can't complain at all about that. Then she takes a nap at around noon and then again at 3:30 or so, and then again at around 6 or 7. Usually her naps last around 1 to hours, plus she takes some short catnaps here and there throughout the day. We set up her crib (the free gift that we got from Tim Chapman and Jackie Watkins -which is very nice by the way). She loves her Winnie the Pooh mobile. She quiets down immediately and stares at it. She gets less interested when it stops moving and playing the song. She is definitely a music lover. We have a tape of Celtic Lullabies, which usually calms her right down. I guess she just likes to hear people and voices (so she thinks that she is not by herself). The past week or so she has taken a liking to her fist. She will be all upset, but if she can find her fist and stick it in her mouth she is okay. It's fun to watch her figure out all sorts of new things.
