We just got back from another adventure to Grandpa and Grandma Dick's. Mom had wedding to go to (a roommate from BYU), so we decided to take the whole week. It was actually going to just be Mom and Ben, but when we told the grandparents that we were coming, they decided to put up the cost to have Caelan fly too. It was fun. Grandpa and Grandma watched the two kids all day while Mom was at all the wedding festivities. We also went to a fun Splash Park at Tempe Town Lakes. It was a free place with all sorts of little water slides and water shooters and waterfalls for kids. Caelan had quite the fun time. We also did some shopping for the little ones (Grandma's love to do that). We had Caelan in the dressing room at Robinsons May trying on all sorts of clothes. She's at the stage where it's best to have her try stuff on because sometimes she can fit 3T stuff and sometimes she needs 4T and sometimes she's right in between so neither size fits very well. Can you believe she can wear 4T shirts? She's only 2. Crazy!! 3T pants mostly fit her really well. And, she can actually wear some of her 2T pants from last year -it just depends on the brand and the type of clothing. She is growing so much. Anyway, it was nice to get back home to Daddy last night. A couple times while we were gone Caelan would get hurt or get upset about something, and then with tears in her eyes she would say, "I need De-Da." It was pretty cute, and Dad was pretty excited when I told him.
