Poor Muffy!! Caelan has been sick with the stomach flu for the past two days. She woke up on Friday morning crying in her bed because she has just been sick all over the place. We got her up and gave her a bath (actually I did most of the cleaning -Dad's stomach isn't too strong for those kinds of messes). She woke up almost every hour through the night throwing up. We all made beds out in the front room (not the best sleep we've ever had). She was still pretty sick yesterday until late afternoon, and then she finally ate some pudding (that was the only thing she wanted) and kept that down until right before she went to bed. Today we tried to go to church. We made it through Sacrament Meeting (Caelan fell asleep on Dad's lap during the meeting), but she didn't want to go to Nursery and so she came into Sunday school with Mom and Dad (I was teaching the class, so Dad took care of both of them). She kept telling Dad that she just wanted to go home, so he took the kids home after Sunday School (she fell asleep right away). Poor girl. She doesn't want to eat anything and you can tell she just feels yucky. We'll all be happy when she is back to her happy, healthy self. Whenever she is sick like this she just lays around the house (sometimes whining here and there), but mostly asking for us to lay by her or hold her. She just cuddles up and goes to sleep (so although it's sad to see her sick -it's a little fun to have to cuddle up so much).
