One day last week I said something about Christmas (I'm not sure what we were talking about). Anyway, a minute or two later Caelan came up to me and asked, "Is Jesus coming to our house tonight?" I was pretty surprised, and so I asked her what she just said. Again she said, "Is Jesus coming to our house tonight." I started to wonder where
this question was coming from, so I asked why she was asking me. She said, "Because
for Christmas." I think she heard me say something about Christmas, and then she
connected Santa Claus coming on Christmas and baby Jesus being born together into one
thought. Pretty cute though.
