Caelan is definitely in her two's -she is quite the little sass pot sometimes. She likes to push the button to the limit. For example, if we tell her not to touch her brother because he is sleeping, she will get her finger as close to him as possible, and then is we happen to look away for second she will quickly touch him and then move her finger away. At least she usually listens to us when we have to get after her. What a silly goose. Yesterday we went to the library for Story Time, and Caelan got a little distracted for a while with one of those fun bead toys (they have a bunch of crazy wires, and you move the beads along the wires). She picked up a stool and took it over to the toy. Then all ofa sudden she was crying really hard. I tried to calm her down, but she was super sad. Once she was under control, then I noticed that her toe as covered in blood. She had somehow stubbed her toe into the stool, and her toenail was pulling back. I cleaned it up and put a bandaid on it. I think that toenail is going to come off eventually. Poor Little Tot. All day she pointed to her toe and said, "Big Owie." Caelan LOVES our apartment swimming pool. They have a little kiddy pool (only about a foot and a half deep). I take her swimming several times a week. If! even mention "water," then Caelan will run and get her swimming suit and her blow up crab toy. She cries each time I say it is time to go home. It's fun to have a swimming pool right here for our use at any time.
