I think we may have this potty training thing almost under control. When she started she did really well, and then she went through periods of having lots of accidents and then having hardly any. Since we started her I have been putting pull-up diapers on her during her naps and at night as well as anytime we left the house to run errands Gust in case). Most of the time she would wet those while she had them on. Well, in the past couple of weeks I think she has figured out how to hold it, so we have had very few accidents. She tells me every time she has to go potty -I don't have to ask her to sit on the toilet every couple hours. Sometimes I notice that she is kind of dancing around a bit, and so I'll ask her if she needs to go, and a lot of the time she does. Also, she hasn't been wetting her pull-ups very often during her naps and the past several nights she hasn't even wet them at all during the night. Plus, she tells me anytime we are someplace else when she needs to go potty and I take her to a toilet, and she just goes. I think the fact that she has learned how to hold it for longer periods of time allows her to make it to the toilet more often than having accidents. I am sure we will still have a few mess-ups here and there, but we have really made good strides in the past two weeks. YEAH!!
