Well, Caelan has done another first. She loves to carry her little rocking chair all over the house so that she can reach things that are higher (the sink, the light switches, the pantry, the dry erase board, etc). She brought it into the office and was coloring on the dry erase board with markers (she loves to do that). I had to go check on dinner (and Dad was in the room with her working on the computer), and when I came back in the room there was a beautiful work of green marker art on the wall. Yep -Caelan has now colored on the walls. I quickly explained that we do not color on walls -only on paper and the board. I know she gets it -since then she has been really careful not to get any marks on the wall or anywhere else (I am sure we will have another little experience sometime in the future), but at least she seems to learn fairly quickly. Anyway, that was one for the books.
