Caelan has laughed. She did it for the first time on Saturday night (while Dad was at work). She has done it twice since then (both while Dad was at work). Today is his birthday, so I'm really hoping that she will bust out a good giggle for him. He hates when he misses things. Anyway, she was on the changing table (which she usually finds quite amusing) and I was playing with her (doing silly little things) and I could tell that a little giggle was right on the verge of coming out, so I persisted until it finally did. It was so cute. I couldn't help but laugh myself. She is getting stronger and stronger. She is really into trying to pull herself up. She lies on my lap after she eats, and she tries to pull herself up which obviously she can't do,but she must be getting pretty buff tummy muscles). She does these sit-up type things. It's pretty cute. I keep hoping that she will want to sit up on her own soon. My mom said that none of her kids did it until they were 6 months, and she will only be 4 months tomorrow. She is getting closer though. She likes to sit forward in her car seat and in her high chair, so I don't quite think it will take
her as long as it took my brothers and sisters.
