Today Caelan had another round of shots. Perhaps that is why she fell asleep tonight at 6 PM (I am feeling quite alone as Sean is away at work). Anyway, she did excellent!! She had to have four shots, and she didn't even flinch until the end of the second one. Then she cried for about 10 seconds (literally) and she was done. She was happy as can be after that -until later tonight. I think it finally caught up to her and she got a little sad, but not too bad. While we were waiting for the doctor, she was cracking up with laughter in the waiting room. It was super cute!! No teeth yet, which I can't complain about. She is really enjoying her rice cereal (and anything else we decide to let her try) these days. I cleaned out her clothes again and decided I better look in her next size up to see if anything might be getting close to fitting. I can't believe how fast she is growing. She measured at 26 and a half inches and 15 lbs and 9 oz. They say she is in the 75th percentile for her weight and almost the 90th percentile for her height. I guess she isn't lacking any nutrients. She doesn't really look very fat (I mean she has a little baby chub) -I think she is just so strong with muscle (and muscle weighs more than fat). She will be our little athlete.
