We drove out to Colorado for the Grant Family Reunion. We stayed in little cabins on a beautiful lake. The first day all of the older kids and adults went white water rafting. Caelan was old enough to go, so she and Dad joined the crew. Aunt Heather said that Caelan was a little daredevil. She fell out of the raft at one point, but wasn't even phased. She wasn't afraid of the rapids or holding on in the boat. She was a real trooper. She loved it. Dad got her a souvenir shirt to represent her first high adventure activity. The next day we rowed around in a little raft on the lake and went fishing and roasted marshmallows. It was a beautiful spot and a fun family trip. Grandpa and Grandma Sorensen were in the cabin next to us. They had all the kids as well as three extra teenagers (they were all headed straight to EFY after the reunion). Caelan loved hanging out with the big girls...and they all thought she was wonderful as well.
