Last week Caelan wanted to make dinner all by herself. She made chicken enchiladas (I helped cook the chicken). She did great and was very, very pleased with herself. She's really been into cooking since Christmas time when she got the cooking supplies. She loves to help me in the kitchen, especially with things like cookies. This was the first time she was adamant about doing it on her very own. I could get used to this...HE HE HE.
