We had a fantastic Thanksgiving Day in CA with most of the Sorensen family (Garrett and Melanie and Amber couldn't come). The feast was delicious and we enjoyed it with Dale (Grandpa Sorensen's brother) and Debbie and their kids as well as Great Grandpa Sorensen. We had turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, cheesy potatoes, sweet potato casserole, corn, stuffing, homemade rolls, green bean casserole, raspberry jello pretzel salad, drink and pies for dessert. We enjoyed some football at the park, eating, lounging and playing games that night. It was wonderful. And on this Thanksgiving Day I want to specifically mention how thankful I am for my little Caelan. She is such a joy to have in our family. She is a wonderful older sister, a great example and a big help. She sincerely wants to do what is right and help others to do the same. She is happy and kind and good and I am so thankful that she was sent to me and her Dad here on earth.
